Rush Hour’s favorite detective hit the pink carpet on Sunday at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas in attendance of the 2016 Billboard Music Awards.
Despite having dealt with tax issues and law suits, the actor and stand up comedian seemed to be in good spirits as he answered every question humbled and with positivity.
“I just come to enjoy the show,” he said and that he did as he walked down the carpet on a polka dot blue and white blazer, button up white shirt and sun glasses. Tucker told us he was excited to see Justin Bieber’s performance as well as Madonna’s tribute to Prince.
“I think it’s cool. I mean you have a legend honoring another legend so I thinks going to be good,” he said.
Tucker made his return to comedy last year as his Netflix special “Chris Tucker: Live,” made headlines and received high ratings.
His summer 16 plans will be consisting of work as he preps another national stand up tour which he tells us will different than the Netflix special. He admitted the comedy game has changed a lot but thinks it’s for the better.
“You know there’s so many great talents out there and I think you know it’s always going to get better and better.”
